Nutrition services are only covered by insurance if the nutritionist is a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Most plans offer preventive nutrition services with no  out of pocket expenses. 

Yes. Our registered dietitian is able to see patients via Telehealth in Minnesota, Florida, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and California. 

No referral is needed for nutrition or chiropractic services, but a referral is required for physical therapy.

We require at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment.
